The word LAB is part of our name for a reason! Speakerlab was founded on the idea that education and 'hands on' time needs to be part of the buying process. We believe this is even more true today as the number of choices has multiplied and the number of qualified retailers has fallen (under the axe of impersonal Big Box Stores). So, past the outstanding one on one education a client gets when they come through our door, Speakerlab provides two types of in-depth education seminars:

• The Professional Series seminars are geared towards professionals - architects, builders and designers who want to be able to integrate technology as seamlessly as possible into their projects. Topics include hidden audio and video, room acoustics, lighting systems, shade systems, and theater design. These seminars are typically held at our Seattle Design Center Location.
• The DIY Series seminars are aimed at the weekend 'do-it-yourselfer' client who wants to learn details so they can have the satisfaction of building and tweaking their own systems. These seminars range from how to build a speaker box or how to install a flat panel on a wall to how downloaded music can be optimized. These seminars are typically held at our Roosevelt Store.
